How A Success Mindset Can Help You Thrive In Business
To thrive in business, you need to have the right mindset. A positive mindset will allow you to thrive and grow, but a negative mindset can lead to stagnation and frustration. The good news is that you have complete control over your mindset as long as you’re willing to put in the work to change it.
To find out how to successfully shift your mindset to channel positive ways of thinking, I spoke with Natasha Graziano, creator of the MBS Method™ (Meditational Behavioral Synchronicity).
Mindset matters, and by changing your mind you can change your life. Graziano was able to take herself from the lowest point in her life four years ago to becoming the #1 ranked female motivational speaker under 40 in, best-selling author and entrepreneur who’s impacted over 500,000 people through her MBS Method™ programs.
Manifesting often gets classified as ‘woo’, but Graziano’s MBS Method™ is rooted in neuroscience. She spent over a decade researching and refining techniques to infuse a scientific approach into manifestation. The result of this was the MBS Method™, which focuses on removing self-limiting beliefs and cultivating a positive mindset to drive change.
As Graziano explains it, “Manifesting means making something happen now, bringing your thoughts to fruition, or bringing your goal to fruition.” Nothing ‘woo’ about that.
To foster a success mindset, follow Graziano’s five pillars of manifestation:
1) Get clarity on your vision
Getting clarity means understanding exactly what you want. Most people mess up at this first hurdle because they don’t actually know what they want, or what they want is unfocused and all over the place. You need to have a clear, specific vision of what you want before you can move forward.
MORE FOR YOU
2) Remove the blockages
You often find that you have self-limiting beliefs that you were completely unaware of, and these were exactly what was holding you back. Once we realize we are standing in our own way of the thing we want, we can begin the next step of the journey.
3) Replace old beliefs with new beliefs
Replace your old limiting beliefs with new, positive ones. Learn to release the anger, pain, frustration, sadness, and feelings of despair you had before. Replace those feelings with ones of hope, positivity, compassion, and self-kindness.
